Exceptional Children (EC)
The Exceptional Children’s preschool program serves students who have developmental delays, speech/language delays and other delays that affect their education. The program serves children in a variety of settings throughout the county. All students served by the Carteret County Schools Preschool Program for Exceptional Children must live in the Carteret County Schools attendance area.
